Returns

Our Returns Policy

Return item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, you must not use the item and it must be in the same condition that you received it, with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging if it was included in the sale. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including underwear, socks. 

As we sell pre-owned and new clothing, sometimes with minute defects, it is important the product description and images are studied carefully. We always try to ensure that the items are thoroughly inspected and described as accurately as possible. Please check product measurements we provide to improve the likelihood of a successful purchase. Postage costs are not refundable for returns due to non fitting items, or a change of mind on your purchase.  

  

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

 

Cancellations  If you want to cancel an order, please do so promptly as once the item has been dispatched, the postage costs apply. Email us quoting the order number on info@mansaturday.com  

 

Exchanges (if applicable) If you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to info@mansaturday.com 

 

Sale items Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.

 

How to Return

To return your product within the 14 day return period,  clearly mark your package as RETURNED GOODS and mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that we have made a mistake with your order, or you have received a faulty item, Man Saturday will provide return shipping, when and where possible.
